Pencader Square

Pencader Square is a planned 24 acre mixed use business park that will personify convenience. For any business that resides in one of the two modern office buildings totaling 126,000 sq. ft., there will also be a 125 room hotel/motel to host employees or clients coming into town, three restaurants, a bank, and a climate-controlled self storage facility.

Note: The self storage facility is operational.
